OVERVIEW

For those who know, the Morizo Edition GR Corolla is truly a special vehicle. Designed to the specifications of the GR Master Driver and Toyota President, Akio Toyoda, the Morizo Edition provides tight handling, a high power-to-weight ratio, and a highly rigid body. This limited run model has many trick features that separate it from the standard GR Corolla, including bespoke brake ducts to keep brake temps cool. We took this one step further and created a Brake Cooling Kit to complement the fantastic capabilities of this premium performance hatch. 

The Verus Engineering Morizo Edition Brake Cooling Kit is configured in an OEM-style format, with emphasis on the shortest route possible. Using a 3D printed carbon nylon fender transition duct that bolts onto the factory fender liner, high-pressure air from the factory inlet ducting makes it way directly to the center of the rotor for unparalleled cooling efficiency. The kit comes with everything necessary for an install, including pre-cut hoses.

During the design process, we utilized in-house scan data to design the components. This resulted in a product that features an OEM fit and finish. This kit is a straightforward install utilizing common hand tools, making it a great DIY project for enthusiasts of all skill levels. 

The Verus brake cooling kit was designed for owners looking to maximize their brake's cooling efficiency and increase their brake's performance potential.

Capitalize on the high-pressure brake inlet airflow by capturing this fresh air and forcing it into the center of the rotor, we increase the cooling capacity of the Morizo Edition brake system. The carbon nylon fender transition ducts maintains proper clearance with the wheel while ducting airflow through the high-temp silicone brake hose. The stainless steel duct and the backing plate were both designed to direct and increase airflow to the center of the rotor, further improving cooling.

The Brake Cooling Kit is designed to provide increased cooling capacity to the entire braking system, resulting in higher and more consistent performance, lower lap times, and a better driving experience.
