OVERVIEW
The Verus Engineering Front Splitter is designed to balance out moderate rear aerodynamic loads and increase front end grip of the ND Miata at high speeds.
Utilizing state-of-the-art analysis software during the R&D process, we were able to ensure the front splitter generates enough downforce to offset rear-end downforce producing components.
During the design process; we utilized in-house scan data. This resulted in a product that features a near OEM fit and finish.
This front splitter was designed for owners looking to combat front end lift, thus increasing front-end downforce and increasing corner traction at high speeds.

Science:
The Verus Engineering helps negate some of the front end lift that is typically found on the ND Miata. Coupled with our rear diffuser, the car experiences a good aero balance and reduced overall drag from a factory car. Since the diffuser and splitter decrease lift and reduce drag, the overall aerodynamic efficiency is improved. The front splitter improves the cornering tires' grip at high speeds and can reduce lap times, increase cornering speed, and improve overall vehicle handling.
