Verus Engineering Shop Manager Position
At Verus Engineering the shop manager will be responsible for day to day operations within the
company. He or she would oversee the shop team and ensure everything in the
shop is getting done in a timely manner. This person should be a role model and
have leadership capabilities. He or she should look for improving efficiency,
improving overall operation, reducing scrap, and aid in the general flow of
products throughout the shop.

Responsibilities:
- Creating and implementing standards and procedures to ensure smooth operation within the shop and the team.
- Assist with improving workflows
- Strategically plan/Prioritize what jobs need to be done
- Manage employees
- Ensure all employees are on task
- Assist with any jobs that need help
- Maintain professionalism within the shop
- Ensure inventory is accurate
- Aid in purchasing and sales if necessary
- Constantly striving to improve/motivated
